Training & Education...
Our approach is based on education, on-the-job practice and clinical research. The aims are to improve knowledge-based and evidence-based practices in relation to step down care and increasing the number of competent and knowledgeable caregivers. At the Lions Home, we also recognise the importance of multidisciplinary approach and therefore our in-services training programmes focus on the multidisciplinary education and input in the promotion of a holistic care. A constant review of process in management structures, staff activities and resident outcomes ensures high quality and standard in care services.

Resource Centre for Aging and Aged Care...
The Lions Home, experienced in the field of Ageing and Aged Care, sets its foundations as being the resource centre for research.

The Lions Home is collaborating with Nanyang Polytechnic in research projects and is currently partnering the National University of Singapore Social Science Department and geriatricians from Ang Mo Kio Hospital in an effort to compile data and statistics in the behavioural science and health care practices.
